About The Owner

With a 39 year history as a regulatory compliance authority, Alan has accumulated a vast amount of experience.  He honorably served for 22 years as a Naval Engineer & Senior Marine Inspector/Investigator in the United States Coast Guard.  Afterward, he served 14 years in the maritime and the offshore oil & gas industries, where he served as a Director of Compliance, Company Security Officer (CSO) & Designated Person Ashore (DPA).  He also represented the Liberian & Marshall Islands flag administrations.  He served on the technical committees for several classification societies and was a delegate to the International Maritime Organization (IMO).  Additional experience includes Engineering Management and Project Management (see portfolio section for list of projects completed).  Alan started up ACE Maritime Services LLC in 2020 to better serve his network of clients.
